Broward Health Hosts Supplier Diversity Business and Health Expo

Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Broward Health is looking for diverse suppliers. On Nov. 7, the healthcare system hosted its 23rd annual Broward Health Supplier Diversity Business and Health Expo at Signature Grand in Davie, Florida. Dozens of interested business owners were in attendance.

Prostate Cancer Risk Increases as Men Age

One in 350 men under the age of 50 will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, according to the Prostate Cancer Foundation. As men age, the chance that they’ll have prostate cancer increases. One in 52 men who are 50 to 59 years old will be diagnosed.

Florida Panthers Extend Partnership with Broward Health

Sunrise, Florida - The Florida Panthers today announced the extension of their partnership with Broward Health.As part of the partnership, Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital at Broward Health will become the ‘Official Pediatric Hospital’ of the club.  

Partnership for Mental Health and Homelessness in Manchester

Recognizing that mental health and homelessness are major challenges affecting the parish of Manchester, the Southern Regional Health Authority (SRHA) and the Manchester Municipal Corporation (MMC) have partnered to improve the care and protection of those affected in the parish.
