The Challenge for Black People in America in 2024

2024 in America is here and it is time for Black people to talk to each other, and trust each other. There is no one answers to the dilemma and problems facing Black people in America, but it is incumbent that we do something positive and take action.

Black man voting in election ballot placeIt is extremely hard to identify who is Black in America, and many Hispanics consider themselves Brown, and many even consider themselves Black. Blackness has become a state of mind, and it is important to have pride from being Black. In 2024 it is important to be Black, and you must care and love being born Black.

Blacks in America must have a Black Agenda in 2024, and it is important to be pro-Black. From a political, economical, and family point of view, Blacks must focus on healthcare, education and housing. Black students in America must work in 2024 to have a greater access to education, and education must be more important to Black families.

Blacks owning their home in 2024 will become significant, because it is a source of wealth. As more Blacks participate in the stock market, Black households will have higher levels of income. Black households are starting to outpace White household financially annually, and Blacks are in a position to spend 300 billion dollars.

It is very easy in America in 2023, to blame Blacks for the drug epidemic, but more Whites are strung out on drugs than ever before. It is important that the Black community begin a campaign to shut down drug houses and dealers in our communities. Everyone knows where they are located and there must be collaboration with the police to shut them down.

In 2024, hip hop must stop glorifying drugs in their music and videos, and talk about the thousands who are dying as a result of drugs. There is power in Black music and it is important for it to teach respect, love, and honor. Black on Black crime can go away in the Black community if Black men understand their role in the community.

In 2024, Black people must register to vote and vote.

Everyone who is Black and eligible to vote must vote. Starting with the 18 year old and the ones 80, and everyone in between must vote. There is a need for a Black political convention during Black History Month where the different Black organizations come together, and develop a plan and strategy for 2024.

The goal of this convention is to develop the Black Agenda and organize a political and financial agenda for the year. The 2023 election was extremely successful for Black politicians around the country. There are Black mayors in cities all around the country, and many who were voted in office, many of their constituents don’t know they are Black.

In Rhode Island, Democrat Gabriel Amo, a former deputy director of the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs in the Biden administration, made history as the state’s first Black member of Congress. In the 118th Congress as of March 2023, there is a record of 62 members. In Philadelphia voters elected Cherelle Parker as the city’s first Black woman mayor.

In 2024, the challenge for Black people is to work together, and help put the right candidates in office, who understands our needs based on our agenda. In states like Mississippi, Black make up 40% of the population. If we are not organized, we don’t understand our power and the numbers.

For Blacks everything starts on a local level, and it moves to a state level and then a federal level. The Democrats cannot win without the Black vote and they must be willing to share millions with Black leaders and Black organizations in the community. There will be billions of dollars spent in the election of 2024, and Democrats can only win with the power of the Black vote.
