To showcase their unwavering support during these unprecedented times, the resort company has made significant changes to their Travel Advisor programs to extend their gratitude in response to COVID-19.

No one could have predicted the extremity of this pandemic nor the effects it would have on the travel industry. Travel Advisors want to be confident that their partners have their best interests in mind, and the team at Sandals and Beaches Resorts want to ensure travel advisors know they are always a priority. In order to lend their support, the company has adjusted the impacted specialized Travel Advisor programs, designed first and foremost with travel advisors in mind, to extend the following:
- The Certified Sandals Specialist Status (CSS) - Current CSS status is extended through the end of 2021.
- Preferred Sandals Agency Status (PSA)- Current PSA Status is extended through the end of 2021.
- The Chairman’s Royal Club Status - Chairman’s Royal Club members maintain their membership through 2021.
- Points 2 Paradise (P2P) - Points 2 Paradise 2019 and 2020 points are extended until December 31st, 2021.

The Certified Sandals Specialist (CSS) When a travel advisor becomes a Certified Sandals Specialist (CSS), they join an elite group of travel advisors recognized by Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts as experts in the Caribbean's Luxury Included® resorts.
Preferred Sandals Agency (PSA) Program
While the CSS program is aimed at the individual travel advisor, the Preferred Sandals Agency (PSA) program focuses on agency relationship building. The PSA program is designed to work with each agency's unique business model, and the goal of the program is to cultivate and increase sales – for the agency and Sandals & Beaches Resorts.
The Chairman's Royal Club
The Chairman's Royal Club is made up of a select group of top booking travel advisors that have shown loyalty to the Sandals and Beaches Resorts brand. As the most elite of all Sandals specialist programs, membership is by invitation only and allows participants to reap the extra rewards and opportunities available to those who have been especially successful at selling Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts.
Points 2 Paradise
Points 2 Paradise is Sandals Resorts International's new innovative program for travel advisors. This industry-shifting initiative allows travel advisors to earn more per booking, with every net room dollar booked, making a corresponding one point towards a travel advisor's own Sandals vacation.
