MIAMI — Miami-Dade Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department is hiring Seasonal Program Assistants. Applicants should possess leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to build a collaborative and positive environment in Miami-Dade County Parks’ facilities.
Individuals seeking to apply must be self-motivated and resourceful, as the nature of this work will require exercising good judgment with minimal supervision. As a model park system in the country, Miami-Dade Parks is looking for team members who desire to work for an outstanding organization and contribute to the community through public service, while addressing and coping with the clear standards set by the County as it continues "Moving to a New Normal" during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.
The Seasonal Programs Assistants will perform monitoring compliance in accordance with CDC guidelines. Applicants must be at least 17 years old to apply.
