Seven breakfasts and lunches provided weekly by Sisters For Abundant Living
Children 18 years and under can get free grab and go meals at participating library locations on select days and times from December 4 - 29.
Depending on the location, meal boxes will be distributed at different times, either Fridays or Saturdays, at participating branches. For the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s, meals will be provided on either the Monday or Tuesday prior to the holiday. Meals will be available on a first come, first served basis until they run out.
Adults may pick up the meals without the child being present by providing one of the following for each child receiving meals:
- Student ID
- Report card or progress report
- Student Portal access
- Birth certificate
- Insurance card
- VPK registration
At the Arcola Lakes library (8240 NW 7th Ave., Miami, FL 33150), it will begin this Friday, Dec. 4th from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM in front of the library. See the full schedule for participating branches below:

Adults can also receive more than one box by providing identification for each child.
