Members of the Jamaican Jerk Festival USA team last month showed their appreciation for the work being done by healthcare workers in the fight against the coronavirus by delivering 50 lunches the to the medical staff at Memorial Hospital in West Hollywood, Florida.
The meals, prepared by Chef Abdul Catering, included jerk chicken, vegetable yellow rice and steamed cabbage, accompanied by Grace Tropical Rhythms juice and green banana chips.The annual Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival is a family outing which offers Caribbean-flavored food and cultural awareness.
