Stew Turkey Wings is a Great Crockpot Meal For Sunday Dinner
NEW YORK, N - One of my go-to recipes for Sunday dinner or midweek dinner is stewed turkey wings. I like it because it’s easy to cook and goes well with ground provisions, pasta or rice and peas.
Below is my recipe for Stewed Turkey Wings. It is delicious.1 package of cut up Turkey Wings
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 large onions
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp black pepper
2 sprigs thyme
One large lime or lemon
Salt to taste
4 pimento seeds
1tbsp ketchup
Method
Wash turkey wings with lime
Add all the seasonings (chopped onions and garlic) and marinate overnight.
Pour all the ingredients in a large Dutch pot and place over a low flame.
Add water as needed.
Stew turkey wings until the meat is soft and tender.
Add ketchup. Cook for 5 minutes more.
Serve with rice and peas etc. or add steamed cabbage and carrots.
Bon Appetite
