In the Caribbean Goat Meat is Usually Curried or Stewed, But Have You Ever Tried It Barbecued?

NEW YORK, NY - One of my favorite meats to BBQ in the summer is goat meat. Goat meat is a staple in Caribbean cuisine, but it is mostly curried or stewed.

Goat meat has a unique flavor that is further enhanced by the smoke from the coals when grilled or BBQed. The following is my recipe for BBQ Goat Meat. I hope you enjoy it.bbqub
