Ras Emmanuel Set to Perform at Teatro Amador in Panama in August

Still on a high from the success of his hit song, Drinky Drinky, Ras Emmanuel is scheduled to perform for the first time in Panama in August.

Ras Emmanuel, who is based in New Jersey, has picked up positive vibes ahead of his Latin America debut.

“The promoter reached out to me, letting me know that I have fans in Panama. What I know so far is that Drinky Drinky is mashing up the place. Buss Buss is another song (doing well), also Don't Send no Guns To Jamaica,” he said.

Drinky Drinky was released in early 2026. Recorded on the much-hyped WYFL ‘riddim’, the single hits out against alcoholism, which is prevalent among youth in Jamaica, Ras Emmanuel’s homeland.

In March, he travelled to the United Kingdom for a series of shows to promote the song. Accompanied by MC Nuffy, Ras Emmanuel performed in London, Birmingham and Luton, areas with strong reggae-dancehall followings.

He also appeared on AG Live, one of the most popular streaming programs in the UK. It is hosted by Ashley “DJ AG” Gordon, who is of Jamaican heritage.
