In a statement posted on its Facebook page under the heading “The Power of the Steelpan,” , PanTrinbago said that the growing enthusiasm and demand for the steelpan culture and entertainment continue to prove that the national musical instrument is more than just music, adding “it is a movement.
“The prestige of the steelpan and its ability to attract larger audiences is undeniable, solidifying its role as a powerful cultural force that unites people across all backgrounds.
Despite the media buzz surrounding corporate ticket buyouts for the North Stand, Pan Trinbago implemented a mixed-seating system, ensuring that both corporate and general patrons experienced the magic of Panorama side by side. The fact remains: we all cherish our national treasure, the steelpan.”
It said that with 31 steelpans gracing the stage with dynamic, top-tier performances, “Panorama once again lived up to its name as the Mecca of Steelpan.
“The Steelpan’s power to unite, inspire, and bring together different brands, teams, and cultures is unmatched. Pan Trinbago is proud of its product – Panorama, a showcase like no other,” it added.
