NY Trade & Entertainment Expo Comes to Big Apple

NEW YORK, NY. -- The NY Trade & Entertainment Expo will host its Fall 2019 event on Friday, November 22, at 342 West 37 Street, Manhattan. The one-day event, gets underway with a series of workshops on doing business in the city ‘that never sleep’. The workshops end at noon when the business (zone) center opens.

sharon morgamSharon Morgan - NY TRADE & ENTERTAINMENT EXPOThe morning thru’ midday business sessions will make way for networking, shopping and entertainment through the afternoon and evening sessions. A fashion show, cocktail hour and dinner will end with a live (stage) show.

The Business Zone will be set up to facilitate an array of services in the Caribbean Diaspora including but not limited to; search for business & domain names, immediate registration of your business, an opportunity to choose your business card & web design from hundreds of templates and order custom designed stationery and promotional items. Graphic designers will be available to assist with branding and logo designs, brochures, flyers and social media content creation.

Attendees can also consult with professionals for free about loans, business plans, mortgage pre-qualification, retirement plans, business & personal credit, entertainment, accident and immigration law.

“We started a few years ago, offering help and advice to stores in the neighborhood to where we are now, a resource unit for small businesses looking to grow to the next level, while staying competitive in a very challenging environment”, offered Sharein Morgan, head of Unique Business & Events Services, organizers of the exposition.

The Spring event which was held in mid-May, in Flushing, Queens, enjoyed some success, and according to Morgan, ‘we are hoping to build on those gains while offering patrons the opportunity to think outside the box, business-wise’.

After the conclusion of the Queens event, NY State senator James Sanders Jr. immediately sent a congratulatory letter to Morgan thanking the NY Expo for bringing businesses to Queens to foster economic development, creating job opportunities and educating the public on various topics related to business, marketing and entertainment law.
