Broward County and the City of Hollywood Launch ePermits Partnership

BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Broward County and the City of Hollywood have launched ePermitsOneStop, a centralized website that allows customers to submit permitting applications to be reviewed online for permits, licenses and final approvals.

Using ePermitsOneStop, Hollywood customers can now apply and receive approval for both city building permits and associated Broward County permits in a quicker, more seamless process. It also eliminates the need to travel to Broward’s Government Center West in Plantation.

“Broward County is excited to announce this collaborative initiative with the City of Hollywood. The ePermitsOneStop program offers a streamlined online process that helps customers save time, and avoid lines and traffic. This more efficient process saves our customers time and hassle.” said Broward County Commissioner Beam Furr.

“It's with great pride that our city is one of the first to partner with the County on this important joint venture. It is our hope that this online alternative will save our customers time and contribute to a healthier environment by them avoiding that long drive to the other side of the County,” says Josh Levy, Mayor of Hollywood.

“E-permitting began in the City of Pompano Beach.  This streamlined  way of doing business has been very successful.  I’m glad too see the City of Hollywood has joined in and I’m confident others will follow to bring the best service to our residents and those doing business with us,” said Commissioner Lamar P Fisher.
