Here's a Recipe For Jamaican Bammy, a Flatbread Made From Cassava

NEW YORK, NY - A truly authentic Jamaican dish is bammy or bami. It is essentially a cassava flatbread descended from the simple flatbread eaten by the Arawaks, Jamaica’s original inhabitants.
