Miami-Dade County, FL – The Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser Pedro J. Garcia has released the 2021 June 1st Estimates of Taxable Values to the taxing authorities. The countywide estimated taxable value for 2021 is $335,912,000,000, an increase of $11,549,002,836 or 3.6% when compared to 2020.

MIAMI - Miami-Dade County Community Action and Human Services Department (CAHSD) offers crisis assistance to qualified Miami-Dade County residents unable to pay their home energy bill. Since April 2021, over 30,802 households have received more than $15.7 million in assistance through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
