Jamaican Students Studying Abroad in Ukraine Safely Arrive Home

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Twenty Jamaican students arrived safely at the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay on Wednesday evening from Ukraine, after the government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, arranged their journey home from war-torn Ukraine.

Denroy Morgan was unique. We will never see anyone like him again, whether in Reggae music or in Jamaican life, but I give thanks that his musical legacy will live on in his children. I send my condolences, love and respect to the Morgan Heritage family. To Denroy, my brother, sleep in Peace in Zion.”

NEW YORK, New York – A Jamaican national has been arraigned on charges of first-degree murder and robbery for killing a Puerto Rican-born employee at a Burger King restaurant in East Harlem in January.
