Grenadian-Born Head of UN Agency to Oversee COP28 Climate Talks

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates — Simon Stiell, the Grenadian-born head of the United Nations’ climate change agency is preparing for the most important climate change talks since the Paris Agreement of 2015, saying he wants this year’s negotiations (COP28) to be recorded as “a decisive moment in history”.
