Guyana and Venezuela Agree to Refrain From Using Force to Settle Border Dispute

KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent – The leaders of Guyana and Venezuelan ended a day of talks on Thursday agreeing “directly or indirectly” not to threaten or use force against one another in any circumstances, as they continue to seek a resolution to the border dispute between them.

While in China Dr. Bowen specialized in Clinical Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Bowen didn’t learn to read until the age of ten, but this did not deter him from pursuing his education.
