NEW YORK (April 13, 2017) - It may only be Week 4 of the North American Soccer League (NASL) Spring Season, but the early form of Jacksonville Armada FC and the San Francisco Deltas suggests that both sides could prove to be difficult opponents in 2017.  In a gem of a Spring Season matchup, first-place Armada FC will play host to the second-place Deltas on Saturday night on beIN SPORTS USA. Jacksonville has yet to drop points to begin its campaign, and San Francisco will be looking to continue the momentum gained from the club's historic victory last weekend.
Jacksonville surges to the top of the table after road win in Edmonton.  NEW YORK (April 9, 2017) - History was made at Kezar Stadium in Week 3 of the North American Soccer League (NASL) Spring Season as the San Francisco Deltas recorded their first league win, doing so in commanding fashion over North Carolina FC. Veteran forward Tom Heinemann played a key role in the victory. Jacksonville Armada FC moved into an early lead atop the Spring Season standings after defeating FC Edmonton in the Eddies' home opener at Clarke Stadium. Armada FC is the only club to take the maximum points from games played so far.
NASL veteran scores twice in San Francisco's come-from-behind victory.  NEW YORK (April 10, 2017) - The San Francisco Deltas are officially off the mark. The newest North American Soccer League (NASL) club claimed its first victory at Kezar Stadium on Saturday night, and Tom Heinemann played a starring role in the historic triumph.
Trinidad and Tobago recorded mixed results last month which left its campaign to play in soccer’s premier global tournament, the 2018 World Cup, still alive, but struggling. The Soca Warriors entered their third match in the six-team final round of qualifiers for CONCACAF, which features countries from North and Central America and the Caribbean, without a point after two games. They managed to beat Panama 1-0 on Mar. 24 in Trinidad, but lost to Mexico by the same score four days later.
