MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins today hosted the Monarch High School football team at their Organized Team Activity (OTA) practice. The team was given a tour of the Baptist Health Training Facility at Nova Southeastern University and heard from Miami Dolphins Youth Programs Ambassador and alum Twan Russell about overcoming adversity. The Monarch football team also had the opportunity to watch the Dolphins practice and meet with current players on the field.

Cary, NC – North Carolina FC U23 returned to the pitch tonight to defeat crosstown rival Tobacco Road FC 2-0 in USL League Two play, behind goals by Robert Screen and Gabe Mercer. NCFC U23 now sits in second place in the USL League Two South Atlantic Division with six points, just one behind Lionsbridge FC.

Montclair, N.J. – North Carolina FC persevered in a 2-1 victory over the New York Red Bulls II on Friday night at MSU Soccer Park. After taking a 2-0 lead into halftime, NCFC went down to 10 men and conceded a goal in the second half, but eventually held on for the win.

CARY, N.C. – The NC Courage had to come back from an early deficit to draw 1-1 with Utah Royals FC on Sunday afternoon at Sahlen’s Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park. Elizabeth Eddy scored late in the game after the Courage went down early with a goal by Amy Rodriguez.
