Jamaica Brings Home Eight Awards At 25th Annual World Travel Awards Grand Final Gala Ceremony

KINGSTON, JAMAICA – Jamaica took home eight awards at the World Travel Awards’ Grand Final Gala Ceremony held in Lisbon, Portugal on December 1, 2018. Jamaica’s Tourism Minister, the Hon. Edmund Bartlett as well as Chairman of the Jamaica Tourist Board were in attendance to accept the awards for the Leading Beach Destination and Leading Cruise Destination.

Jamaica was awarded Leading Cruise Destination for the twelfth year in a row. Earlier in the year, the Jamaica Tourist Board was honored as the Caribbean’s Leading Tourist Board at the Caribbean & North America Gala Ceremony for the World Travel Awards.
