NEW YORK, NY – June 13, 2017 – Jamaica was again on the lips and minds of New Yorkers during Caribbean Week in New York as the activities to mark the week climaxed over the weekend.  The Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) hosted a number of special events targeting the media, Diaspora as well as general consumers. Jamaican Chef Andre Fowles whet the appetites of many during the week, starting with a cooking demo at Bloomingdale’s midtown Manhattan flagship store and culminating with a sampling at closing event Rum & Rhythm.
