Recipe of the Month Belizean Rum Cake

INGREDIENTS:   1 package yellow cake mix 3oz.  vanilla instant pudding mix 4 eggs 1/2 cup Belizean Rum

Belizean Rum Cake1/2 cup water

1/2 cup oil 

1 cup walnuts

1/2 cup butter

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place nuts on the bottom of a well greased and floured bundt pan. Mixed remaining  ingredients until fluffy, pour batter in bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown
