CAYMAN ISLANDS - The Grand Cayman culinary scene just got a little hotter with the introduction of Bonfire Urban Italian Kitchen on West Bay Road just a stone's throw from world-famous Seven Mile Beach. 

This dish was brought by Mexicans fleeing The Caste War of Yucatán to the north of Belize at some point in the latter half of the 19th century. It is typically served on special occasions, such as Christmas Day or New Years Day.

Bird/Mary Heinlein Fruit & Spice Park, 24801 SW 187 Ave., Homestead, Florida.

The Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) will host eight developmental workshops across the island ahead of the 2019 staging of the Jamaica Culinary Arts Competition and Exhibition. The workshops will run from Wednesday, March 20, through Tuesday, April 9, in preparation for Jamaica’s premier culinary arts competition.
