MIAMI, FL — Today, Congressman Darren Soto announced his endorsement of State Representative David Richardson to succeed US Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen in Florida’s 27th Congressional District. Darren Soto is the first Congressman of Puerto Rican descent elected from Florida and is a leading member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.  This is the first endorsement by a congressional member in the Democratic Primary in Florida’s 27th Congressional District.
