Tomorrow, the Miami-Dade County Elections Department (Department) will mail more than 157,000 absentee ballots to voters with a request on file for the March 15, 2016 Presidential Preference Primary Election. These voters are encouraged to be on the lookout for their ballot in the mail.
Today, the Army Corps of Engineers announced that it would provide $3 million in funding towards the Florida Keys Water Quality Improvement Program (FKWQIP). This announcement comes less than two months after Rep. Curbelo (FL-26) led a bi-partisan letter to Assistant Secretary Darcy, urging her to give full and fair consideration to this critical project that directly benefits the Florida Keys. 
United States Senate for Florida Democratic candidate Pam Keith will host a meet and greet on Tuesday, February 16th. Keith looks to engage with community stakeholders, constituents, friends, and supporters. The meet and greet will be held at The Riviera Condominium, 2401 Collins Avenue, Apt #1910, Miami Beach, FL 33140 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
This week the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) partnered with Associated Industries of Florida (AIF), Port Tampa Bay and Tampa Bay Partnership to host the 2016 State of Manufacturing Tour.
