As far as her fans are concerned she has shown as much power and energy as she did two decades ago. When I asked her about this we began speaking about her health. We spoke about health in the contexts of mental, emotional, and physical. Hinds spoke about the need to always be healthy and fit in order to keep executing at a high level with quality.

In terms of her mental and emotional health Hinds spoke about the importance of having the right people around her. A manager that understands her, a partner who is very understanding, a daughter she loves and family and friends who support her. She stressed how “great her husband is and how he helped her tremendously as she dealt with some of the challenging moments in her life and career.

Start practising yoga and you'll be on your way to unlocking major tension, one of America's leading yoga teachers stresses. John Schumacher, the respected Iyengar Yoga specialist who will be featured at this November's Saint Lucia Health and Wellness Retreat, contends after just a few days of yoga practice "you can begin to open the doors to physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being and this can be an awakening to a whole new world of possibilities."

Schumacher, a disciple of the renowned Guruji B.K.S Iyengar and director of Unity Woods Yoga Center in Bethesda, Maryland - the largest Iyengar center in the United States - will join motivational speaker Dr. Stephen Brewer and Feng Shui expert William Spear, as headliners of the four-day retreat for soul, mind, body and spirit in the former French colonial capital of Soufri're from November 17-20, 2011.

At Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida, the afternoon clouds grew darker and darker Saturday afternoon, but nothing seemed darker than the mood of Hurricane fans after their team lost a heartbreaker, 28-24 to the visiting Kansas State Wildcats. What looked like a fantastic comeback for quarterback Jacory Harris, who after having a sub-par performance in the first half, came out guns blazing en route to an impressive 272 yards passing with two touchdowns in the air.

But it was the touchdown that wasn't which will be remembered by most Hurricane fans. With less than two minutes in the game, Miami's offense had the ball, first down and goal to go on the Wildcat's 2-yard line. After an incomplete pass and two running attempts both failed to get in the end zone, Miami found itself with fourth down and the same two yards to go to win the game.

The Broward County Office of the Medical Examiner and Trauma Services and Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Broward County, Inc. (HMHB), have joined forces to launch an educational outreach campaign to put an end to babies dying due to unsafe sleep environments.

The goal of the campaign is to educate parents and caretakers on how to place their child in a safe sleeping environment and avoid a preventable death. “Partnering with Broward County on such an important priority is key to educating our community on safe sleep practices for babies. If parents are aware of the do's and don'ts, we can reduce the incidence of infant mortality, said Michelle Reese, Executive Director of HMHB.
