Balbour & Pino Realtors Ltd., a closely held company specializing in brokerage, advisory, marketing, and relocation services, launched on the island of Jamaica. Mr. Richard Pino, Chief Financial Officer and Real Estate Broker in New York City, saw an opportunity to extend his international client base by forming Balbour & Pino Realtors, Ltd., and assuming the role of Managing Director. Mr. Pino's international client base emanates from Brazil, China, Croatia, Italy, New York, and Switzerland.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A new book released here by the head of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has argued the 2010s will be the “decade of Latin America and the Caribbean”. In his book, “The decade of Latin America and the Caribbean: A real opportunity”, IDB President Luis Alberto Moreno argued that in the coming years, the region’s recent gains will be “locked in and the average citizen will be more prosperous than ever before in the history of the hemisphere”.
Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz was one of several government officials on hand for the celebration of the initiated U.S.-Colombia Free Trade Agreement at PortMiami on Friday, July 20, 2012. The commissioner joined Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez, Deputy U.S. Trade Representative Ambassador Miriam Sapiro, and members of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and PortMiami to commemorate both the trade agreement and Colombia’s Independence Day.
(Miami-Dade County, FL) – Beginning July 31, 2012, international passengers flying Miami International Airport hub carrier American Airlines and all other airlines in concourses D, E and F will be welcomed to the U.S. by a new three-level, 400,000-square-foot international arrivals facility twice the size of the existing Concourse E facility.  The dazzling new area is located in the middle of North Terminal and is adjacent to the Concourse D skytrain, for quick access from any of the 47 gates in North Terminal within four minutes.
